Kwik Lube & Services

The service provider (Richard) in the photo below provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was pulled into the bay to be serviced for an oil change, moments later someone pulled in behind me, and began asking questions about the services they offered. Richard stop servicing my vehicle and began directing the other customer into the lane beside me, he proceeded to get their information, and started their service while I waited. After this went on for a while, I politely called out to Richard and asked if could please finish servicing my vehicle because I would like to get going. He did not reply so I called out once more but no response, it was evident I was being ignored. The customer he was assisting told him I was calling him and only then did he return to finish my service. Returning with no apology or explanation. Once my vehicle was finished he came to the window to ask for payment and I requested to speak with his supervisor. He stated he did not have a supervisor and the owner is never present, and If I call I will get the voicemail anyway. I asked to speak with the employee under my vehicle to complete my service. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I was able to get my oil changed in less than 30 minutes and the prices were more than reasonable. The first place I went to didn’t have my filter but I’m happy I saw this place as I’ll be coming here from now on.

First off, I’ve been hesitant about writing my review but I also think it’s important because when people are looking for a place to get maintenance on their vehicles, going to a place that has integrity and knowledge of what they are doing is very important. My husband first brought our truck for oil change in 2023. Since everything was fine when my husband was not able to do oil changes himself, we would bring it here. In July of 2024, I brought the same vehicle for oil change and everything seemed fine. October of 2024, I needed to get another oil change so I brought it here the same place and same vehicle. Unfortunately I was told incorrect information of what had happened. The tech also did not speak to me and immediately went to the manager. The manager explained to me that the screw for the oil pan had been broken and multiple times the manager told me it was “wear and tear”. They told me I needed to get the oil pan replaced or the screw repaired. It seemed off to me and also to my husband (I called him) but since I wasn’t familiar with oil pan or screws I accepted what I was told. I paid for the oil service and the provisional part they put in replacement of the broken scr

Great service! I stopped by on my lunch break for a quote for an oil change and was given VERY reasonable rates, I came back a few hours later and got the oil change with no wait, also good conversation from the techs! I appreciate them being so helpful because I’m not a car guy at all.
